Standard 360 Leadership Assessment
Participants can select a standardized 360-leadership feedback questionnaire that measures current leadership skills against leading competencies required for leadership success. Inputs from the participant’s manager, direct reports, peers, clients or customers, are compared to a self-evaluation and provide valuable insights as to how various groups and interactions are perceived. A comprehensive report will identify strengths and areas of opportunity at the individual level as well as at the organizational level, to focus the individual development plan.
INCLUDED: All communication materials to support a seamless rollout and accurate data collection process; online survey; data collection, analysis and a comprehensive report; meeting (1 hour) to review results, ideas and suggestions for actions; and a development plan template.

Brantas Performance Inc. Assessment
Participants can select a psychometric assessment tool that identifies their unique leadership style and the conditions under which they perform their best. This tool highlights how we naturally tend to make decisions, communicate with others, and organize our work. The awareness of one’s own operating style helps individuals to understand not only their own behaviour, but also appreciate the different approaches and the strengths of those around them. Building this perspective helps to enhance leadership effectiveness, business relationships and team dynamics.
INCLUDED: Online assessment (20 minutes to complete); a detailed report and in-depth review meeting (2 hours); and the on-line support tool for a one-year time period. (This can be renewed annually at a nominal fee.)

Executive Coaching – Development
One on one personalized coaching is designed for skill and knowledge transfer from an experienced senior executive. The program is designed to identify outcomes, gauge current leadership skills against leading competency requirements and explore options for discussion, practice and scenario planning. The key goal of the program is to enhance personal leadership performance and help you build the most effective organization possible.
INCLUDED: Custom leadership development programs will be designed specifically for the participant and their organization but typically includes: relationship building; goals & objective setting; review and discussion of current strengths and areas of development; and monthly coaching meetings over a period of six (6) months.
